Mechanical Design

  • The Design Team uses ProE to design machines/ toolings more than 20 years and Intralink to manage drawing versions and product life cycle.
  • During new machine development, key part design would be simulated for stress in machine structures and dynamic motion before manufactured with FEA/CAE Software likes PRO/E Mechanica, for better product reliability and design efficiency.

Software Interface

Electrical System Control is committed to develop advanced control algorism, human interface software, and intelligent digitalized servo-system. Recently, we also dedicate to embed Internet-Based Remote Diagnose System into machines to upgrade serviceability and reduce service response time.

  • Industrial touch panel and advanced software are applied in Human Interface application.
  • All Digitalized Servo-System is able to setup machinery data digitally and fine-tune mechanism easily.
  • Internet-Based Remote Diagnose System is able to provide instance technical support and maintenance through internet cable.

 

 

Production Line Planning

Gye Tay provides the production line planning and motor manufacture-ability evaluation service. How to choose the machine type to meet monthly quantities and customer’s quality target within a set budget is the challenge we look forward to.
